In the fall of 2006 Hale Pau Hana renovated the entry area of the resort. We got a great new Hawaiian lava rock entry sign, a new gate and the entire parking lot was redesigned using brick, a new parking layout and a landscape upgrade. The resort feels more welcoming and pleasant upon entry. It also includes practical components such as a new wheelchair ramp near the office and a designated car wash area.
