RESERVATIONS POLICY
- A deposit of two nights is required within 10 days of the booking to hold your reservation
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date to guarantee your accommodation
- Remaining balance for Christmas & New Year Bookings is due 60 days prior to arrival
- Changes made within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a $50 change fee
- Maximum length of stay: 30 days

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation with 30 days of arrival
- Lose one night prior to 30 days
- Reservations that are "No Show" and "No Cancel" the minimum nights is forfeited, incl taxes
- Minimum nights: 7 nights during Winter season and 4 nights in all other seasons

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES
- $25.00 per night + tax for persons 18 years of age or above
- $15.00 per night + tax for persons between 5 and 17 years
- No charge for children up to 5 years of age

ALII RATE SEASONS
- 5% discount is available all year long
- 20% SPRING discount is available April 1st - June 19th
- 20% FALL discount is available August 15th - October 30th
- Clients with 20% applied in system will automatically receive 5% outside 20% season
